Your Seller Portal
If you have a stall in a market managed by Feriam, your city council will have given you access to a personal portal where you can view and manage everything related to your business: permits, fees, cancellations, transfers, and the profile that appears on the market’s public website.

What can you to do

Questions usual
Do I have to pay to use the website?
No. The merchant portal is free for all vendors at markets managed by Feriam. The city government covers the cost as part of the service.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
From the login screen, you can request a reset, and you'll receive an email with instructions. If your email address is out of date, contact your city hall.
Can I hide my information from the public directory?
It depends on each market's policy. In most cases, you can choose whether or not you want to appear in the "Public Profile" section of your portal.
How do I apply for a new position in another market?
When a city government issues a call for applications, you can submit your application through your online portal. You can also request information directly from the city government you're interested in.
