The process of deployment
Each city government retains its own visual identity: logo, colors, custom legal text, and a personalized URL. We import the data you already have (vendors, permits, PDF maps, calendar) and train your team through short, hands-on sessions. The first market is typically up and running in a matter of weeks, not months.
The platform complies with the ENS, GDPR, and LSSI; it is hosted on European infrastructure and performs daily backups. The data always belongs to the City Council; Feriam acts as the data processor.
